CyberCare’s programmes have been carefully designed to ensure the youth achieve the best possible outcome, be it increasing their employability skills or growing their business acumen. To ensure sustainability and growth, CMP was incepted to help nurture and empower a new generation of trainers to run our programmes.
We invite individuals who are interested to support and coach youth as part of their personal or professional calling to join us on this meaningful journey.

Curriculum
Over four intensive sessions, participants will learn key strategies to maximise their ability to support young adults learn and remember. Some examples of learnings include “accelerated learning techniques”, “games creation and design”, “trainer core competencies” and “youth engagement strategies”.
With the knowledge gained, participants will have the opportunity to develop and put to practice their skills by participating as either lead or co-trainer in CyberCare’s personal development programmes, including STEP and YEP.
